Terms of Agreement

The contract for provision of travel services or complete travel arrangements is solely between the applicable travel service provider and the customer. TMG serves only as an agent between both parties.

Responsibility of TMG

TMG agrees to process the booking request in a timely manner and inform the customer upon receipt of booking confirmation.

Cancellation

1. In case of cancellation by the customer, all applicable penalties are to be paid, depending on travel service provider's term's, either to the provider directly or to TMG. TMG agrees to forward such received payments to the travel service provider. 
2. Amount of cancellation penalties are determined by the travel service provider as set forth in the terms and condition agreement. 

Liability

1. TMG is not liable for quality of services provided by the travel service provider. Claims against possible shortcomings fo services are to be made against the travel service provider directly.
2. TMG bears no responsibility for content of linked websites from this TMG site. 
3. Should part of these general terms and conditions become null and void or be incomplete, so has this no bearing on remaining terms and conditions.

2. This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republik of Germany. Seat of governing courts for this company is Wuppertal.
